What is something new you're learning?

After teaching myself JavaScript. I’m going to start teaching myself TypeScript. I want to get a head start on this bootcamp I’m currently enrolled in.

What about you what new thing are you picking up?

I’m doing FaunaDB right now and Serverless at the same-ish time. Currently getting through how to coordinate auth0 and FaunaDB abac, which is kinda like merging two systems that aren’t documented well together.

TypeScript is a good one :+1::+1:

I’m starting an online class on Houdini which is a procedural 3D graphics system. I spent the first half of my career doing 3D graphics but let it slip while I focused on developing software. The cool part is the programming skills are really handy for 3D graphics.

It’s usually when I regret not having stronger math knowledge. :joy:

Have you played with three.js and 3d assets before?
I love the things you can do with some nice 3d assets and simple mouse events.

Just a bit. I’ve spent a lot of time in processing, but usually stick to 2 dimensions.

I watched Sarah Drasner a couple weeks ago on Jason Lengstorf’s twitch stream making some things with it and it looks like a lot of fun.
